Friday Tonya and I went to Wally's to get workout equipment. What the hey, we got groceries too. Why not? The workout equipment we got was a yellow tube with a handle in each end. It cost less than $10, so that is a good buy for something she can use for so many exercises. Today she got to use it. We did good.
We plan to exercise M/W/F.
